License Grant

Upon purchase, TechyOwls grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install and use Octa on up to 2 devices you own
  • Receive free updates for the lifetime of the product

This license is personal to you and cannot be resold, shared, or transferred.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share, sell, or distribute your license key
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
  • Use the Software for illegal purposes
  • Remove or modify any copyright notices

Payment

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. By making a purchase, you also agree to their terms of service.

Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that calculations, currency conversions, or other features will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

TechyOwls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
